This service would focus solely on the needs of device manufacturers and network carriers and provide them with an independent unbiased assessment of their products performance when used on the Australian networks.

In 2004 MDE was established. MDE has grown into an established testing house with a reputation for providing high quality testing services that are flexible, efficient, and always aim to exceed any customer's expectations. MDE is the choice of many of the world's top mobile device manufacturers and is also a Telstra and Optus approved testing service.
